The TaiChi Intro class helps students prepare for the TaiChi solo form. It begins with TaiChi Basics, five different QiGong-like exercises basic to the solo form, and continues into the "Compass" section of the solo form. |
TaiChi Chuan |
TaiChi Chuan is dancing with the energy. It helps you learn to move on your own directed energy from a secure root, to flow with the energy of others and satisfy your self. Students report improved self-confidence, increases in mental alertness, emotional calm and physical freedom; relief from pain in the neck, shoulders, low back, and more. |

TaiChi Doubles class is an advanced class for students who have learned
most of the solo form. The types of doubles or partner practice students
